Subject: update required to remove dependency on deprecated MooseX::Role::WithOverloading
According to a MetaCPAN reverse dependency search namespace-autoclean is a required dependency for 1 310 distributions. namespace-autoclean (last release 0.28 in 2015, no updates for more than three years) has a dependency on MooseX::Role::WithOverloading MooseX::Role::WithOverloading has been deprecated since the release of Moose version 2.1300 (2016/2017??) two to three years ago. Please update namespace-autoclean to use functionality from Moose 2.13 or newer and remove the dependency on the obsolete MooseX::Role::WithOverloading

It most certainly does not. It *cannot*, because Moose itself depends on namespace::autoclean, and therefore this would create a circular dependency. If your tools are finding such a dependency, they need to be updated. See https://metacpan.org/pod/CPAN::Meta::Spec#Phases. Show quoted text

There is no such dependency. MXRWO is only used by tests when it is installed, and the tests are skipped otherwise.
