Subject: | Repeated lines in documentation |
On the man page, these two lines
mbwidth(string) returns the width of the first character of the string.
mbswidth(string) returns the width of the whole string.
can be removed, because they are already mentioned.
Filed also in https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=876795 .
Actually perhaps instead remove
mbwidth() gives the width of the first
character of the given string and mbswidth() gives the width of the whole given string.
As they aren't as clear.
Anyway, of the three functions, two are explained twice.
