Subject: Undeclared dependency on Crypt::URandom
As per subject. Sample fail report: http://www.cpantesters.org/cpan/report/102338178 In the META.yml, Crypt::URandom is just a `recommends`. But when a test fails because of it missing, then often it is a requirement. HTH && Thanks,
