Subject: More public holidays to come

To: bug-Date-Holidays-DE [...] rt.cpan.org
From: Christoph Biedl <debian.axhn [...] manchmal.in-ulm.de>
Hi there, Germans are getting lazy. Yesterday Berlin passed a law to make March 8th a permanent holiday, and May 8th for a single time in 2020. Source (in German): https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internationaler_Frauentag#cite_note-37 It's not entirely clear whether March 8th will be a public holiday in Berlin in 2019 already, that's in six weeks - but an older article[1] suggests it will be indeed. In case of doubt, re-check with the official publication, where ever to find it. Patch attached.
