Trying installing with Strawberryperl 5.28 IO-Socket-SSL-2.060. Testing it
gets stuck for infinite time at
t/verify_fingerprint.t ............ 1/13
This has been verified by manually installing the module with gmake.
Calling cpan/cpanm from command line gets stuck the same.

2.064 made changes to this test in order to improve the stability on Windows. Works for me now.
