See http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=Finance-Quant%200.09 --- the newest version has no PASS reports at all. Looking at http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=Finance-Quant%200.09;maxver=1 it seems that it was possible to get PASS reports with some earlier versions.
