Subject: perltidy script and manpage not installed
Perl-Tidy-20181119 has the EXE_FILES entry commented out in Makefile.PL so it doesn't install the perltidy script or its manpage.

If you're about to roll out an update, please also consider updating the COPYING file (e.g. by replacing it with the equivalent from the FSF website) as the current one in the dist has the old FSF street address, which they moved out from over a decade ago.

I downloaded the version online at https://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.en.html#GNUGPL and it is identical to the copy in the distribution. So I will leave it for now.

Ah, I meant docs/COPYING.txt, not COPYING. Maybe you could just delete the former?
