Subject: [PATCH] merge duplicate NAME/VERSION sections in POD
In Debian we are currently applying the following patch to Error. We thought you might be interested in it too. Description: merge duplicate NAME/VERSION sections in POD Usually caused by a Pod::Weaver accident, or some mixture of manual and automatic updates. Right, I'm aware that the patch only applies to the tarball at the CPAN, and that the issue is somehow created during the release process with dzil and Pod::Weaver and needs to be fixed there. Unfortunately I have no experience with the latters but still wanted to bring the issue to your attention.
