Subject: Tests started to fail
See subject, and see the overview at CPAN Testers: http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=WWW-CPAN%200.013;reports=1#sl=7,1 Since 2018-07 there are only fail reports. I suspect it's caused by the search.cpan.org transition to metacpan.org.
