Subject: incompatibility with changes in Log::Dispatch
Error message: Can't locate object method "_make_handle" via package "Log::Dispatch::File::Rolling" at .../Log/Dispatch/File/Rolling.pm line 66. Since this commit https://github.com/houseabsolute/Log-Dispatch/commit/28b7df2a65ddbd1d078e77397572dc9c86e8f684 the method _make_handle has been removed.
