According to https://metacpan.org/source/RRWO/Graphics-ColorNames-v3.2.0/Changes#L32 Graphics::ColorNames has been split. So now Graphics::ColorObject depends on two upstream packages, Graphics::ColorNames and Graphics::ColorNames::Netscape.
