Subject: Perl minimum version set in Makefile.PL and .pm could be lowered
Removing the Perl 5.20 requirement in Makefile.pl and Clacks/*.pm allows this script to build, test and install successfully on at least 5.10.1 (once the test that checks for Net::Clacks::Async is removed)

This will be released (as part of 4.9) in a few days.
