Subject: Perl minimum version set in Makefile.PL and .pm could be lowered
Removing the Perl 5.20 requirement in Makefile.pl and Contains.pm allows this script to build, test and install successfully on at least 5.10.1

Fixed in version 2.8. Should be available via CPAN in a day or two.
