I'm seeing a number of messages such as this: Wide character (U+3CC) in uc at /Users/hornenj/perl5/perlbrew/perls/perl-5.29.2-thread/lib/site_perl/5.29.2/Locale/SubCountry.pm line 522.

Can you give an example that produces this error? Seems to be related to unicode input data being processed somewhere.
