But after a closer look it turns out these are not undeclared dependencies but unfound installed dependencies. Let's pick http://www.cpantesters.org/cpan/report/b535c3e2-fb9b-11e9-a8a0-325e6ce1229e for example. The report complains that it cannot find Getopt/Long.pm. But this perl has Getopt::Long installed, it is just not found. Watch the INC in the diagnostics: @INC contains: CODE(0x5580978f3848) CODE(0x55809794b128) /home/sand/src/perl/repoperls/installed-perls/host/k93msid/v5.30.1-RC1/bb7f/lib/5.30.1/x86_64-linux /home/sand/src/perl/repoperls/installed-perls/host/k93msid/v5.30.1-RC1/bb7f/lib/5.30.1) at /tmp/bASjs3BbQv/cli4sa79TdJ line 3163.
