Subject: [Windows][upstream Tcl/Tk issue] listbox touchpad scrolling
Just leaving for reference that there's an issue that makes using a touchpad with gesture/high resolution scrolling to scroll listbox widgets on Windows very difficult (scrolls down too quickly, and hard to scroll up).

The issue has been patched (will be included in next Tcl/Tk 8.6+ releases), so I will close this once it is released. I have not verified for myself that the patch works since I have yet to compile Tk from source on Windows.
