'bignum' is distributed as part of the Perl 5 core distribution.
Whenever I run 'make test' for Perl 5 blead, I get this warning for one
test in the 'bignum' distribution:

Subroutine Math::BigInt::carp redefined at t/option_l.t line 16.

The patch attached should silence the warning. Please apply and let
perl5-porters know when a new version of 'bignum' has been released to
CPAN so that we can synch it into blead.
