lib/XML/Catalog.pm as well as README reads:
This program is free software; you can use/modify/redistribute it under the
same terms as Perl itself.
Perl is license as "GPL+ or Artistic" <https://dev.perl.org/licenses/>.
But the bunudled LICENSE file is a text of Artistic 2.0 license. This does not agree with the license declarations. Could you please clarify what license covers XML-Catalog and make the two in accord?
