Subject: unnecessary use of Module::Build
This distribution contains both a Build.PL and a Makefile.PL. Since ExtUtils::MakeMaker works fine for building this distribution, I would suggest dropping the use of Module::Build. Alternatively, if the distribution is simple enough that it can be installed statically, dropping both Module::Build and ExtUtils::MakeMaker is an option, and switching to just Module::Build::Tiny.
