The internal compression table entries relating to RDATA domain names are incorrect.
This can result in decoding errors for subsequent RRs containing compressed names which terminate with a suffix first encountered in RDATA.
The impact will fall upon users performing DNS dynamic update.
There is no impact at all upon simple DNS query or axfr functions.
