On more than one occasion I have attempted to install Test::Against::Dev
in FreeBSD-11 VMs using 'cpan' and providing the module's name on the
command-line, only to have failures in one test file which prevent
installation.
See transcript of 'cpan' call attached.
Surprisingly, however, when I then call 'sudo cpan', enter the
interactive shell program, and say 'install Test::Against::Dev', the
module passes all tests and successfully installs.
