Your release process for grepmail doesn't appear to regenerate META.YML:
For instance:
* The META.yml for grepmail-5.3109 still has a "provides" of "grepmail 5.3104", which results in confusing listings on METACPAN.org
* There's also still a "requires" of "File::Slurp" rather than "File::Slurper", which might cause issues for CPAN clients that consider META.yml a definitive source of dependency data.
