Subject: B::Hooks::Parser fails to build correctly in perl-5.29.0
B::Hooks::Parser relies upon previously deprecated code in the Perl 5 core distribution. This code has been removed in 5.29.0 and will not appear in production version 5.30.0 starting in May 2019. As a consequence, B::Hooks::Parser is now failing to build properly and is failing its tests against Perl 5 blead.
