Thanks for the report! This looks similar to https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=125173, which is now fixed in ExtUtils::MakeMaker, but not yet in a stable release so I cannot release FSDI yet to depend on it. But please give it a try and see if it works for you -- the version that contains it is 7.35_02 -- https://cpan.metacpan.org/authors/id/B/BI/BINGOS/ExtUtils-MakeMaker-7.35_02.tar.gz I'll leave this ticket open until I can release FSDI with the prerequisite fix.
