This is ctgetreports from http://search.cpan.org/~andk/CPAN-Testers-ParseReport-0.4.4/ ctgetreports usually operates on CPAN Testers reports, but I use it with my locally generated reports to get faster results. There's also a webpage with the results: http://analysis.cpantesters.org/solved?distv=Sah-Schemas-Net-0.005 But usually it takes some time (hours or even days) until the results are calculated.
