It's mostly the Library of Congress OAI repository which seems to be down. memory.loc.gov states that some major relocation of their collection homes is underway, but there is no mention of any impact to their OAI activities. So we'll probably simply have to wait and see...

It means, that the download of the module 'Net::OAI::Harvester' won't be possible till the LOC server has problems? Or is there another reason for the failed installation? Show quoted text

Looks like the test suite skips those tests challenged by a "LWP condition", but unfortunately there is one case where it doesn't. There always is the possibility of forcing the install, y'know? viele Grüße Thomas Berger

Four months later the problem still exists, so it seems the host is down forever.
