Hello,
I was able to install all of the bamsurgeon dependencies through cpanm.
However, installing bamsurgeon, it failed the test - see excerpt of log
file below.
I am using perl 5, version 26, subversion 1 (v5.26.1) built for
x86_64-linux on CentOs 7.2.1511. Is there another version of perl that you
recommend?
