Subject: 0.07 is not indexed
It seems that the latest 0.07 release is not indexed at PAUSE/CPAN. MetaCPAN also does not show 0.07 as the latest version: https://metacpan.org/release/NHORNE/Geo-Coder-CA-0.07 has the "forward" button which links to 0.06.

Wearing my hat as PAUSE admin, I can provide the diagnostics of the indexer. It complained: Nothing in this distro has been indexed, because according to META.yml this package does not provide any modules. Seeing this line in META.yml, I can understand that it comes to this conclusion: https://metacpan.org/source/NHORNE/Geo-Coder-CA-0.07/META.yml#L25
