While for a human it's clear that Rex.pm is required for this module to work, for an automated system it is not --- so there are a lot of fail reports at CPAN Testers: http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=Rex-Template-Mojo%201.0;reports=1
To prevent these fail reports, it's better to declare Rex as a prerequisite for this module.
