I see this failure on some of my smokers: ... # Failed test 'Changes contains an invalid version number' # at /usr/perl5.20.1Dp/lib/site_perl/5.20.1/Test/CPAN/Changes.pm line 28. # ERR: 2.97Â # Looks like you planned 4 tests but ran 3. # Looks like you failed 1 test of 3 run. t/cpan-changes.t .............................. Dubious, test returned 1 (wstat 256, 0x100) Failed 2/4 subtests ... Probably this happens only if older version.pm is installed (there are no fails on my sysystems with version 0.9916 and newer). Also: shouldn't this be an author test?

t/cpan-changes.t Test file was removed and the non-ASCii chars were removed from "Changes" in 3.00003. Thanks for the report!
