Subject: Test suite started to fail
Since about two months the test suite produces only fail reports: http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=WWW-UsePerl-Journal%200.26;reports=1#sl=7,1 It seems that use.perl.org simply does not work anymore. But maybe you know whom to bug to get the site working again...
