We are unable to connect to china regions. According to https://docs.aws.amazon.com/general/latest/gr/rande.html#ec2_region the endpoint (or "base_url") needs to be changed. Please find attached a simple diff. best regards Michael

Thanks for the patch. Applied as https://github.com/mrallen1/net-amazon-ec2/pull/62 to master on github. CPAN release 0.36 coming shortly.
