Subject: Failing test 13
Module fails test 13 because the format of the message Perl returns when require fails has changed. This has been in perl at least as far back as 5.24, and possibly earlier.

Confirmed. Can you let me know if you use this module regularly, and/or how urgent you would need a fix, so I can prioritize amongst other projects?

I have actually never used this module. I was testing it as part of a project Jim Keenan is running to see how many CPAN modules the next version of Perl will break. This particular bug dates back to at least 2016. Since it's a preexisting bug and since no one else ever reported it, my guess it that it's pretty low priority.

As it happens I had a few minutes of free time at just the right moment, and I proceeded to dzilify this distribution and fix that broken test. There will be a new release later tonight.
