Subject: missing dependency on SQL::Abstract
The Makefile.PL doesn't specify a dependency on SQL::Abstract, and it won't work without that installed. This seems to be the problem behind, for example, this test failure: http://www.nntp.perl.org/group/perl.cpan.testers/197535

Hi, sorry for the late answer. This issue is now fixed in version 0.04 of Class::DBI::Plugin::AbstractCount.
