Subject: Preferred bug tracker is disfunct
The configured bug tracker (in META.*) is code.google.com, which is mostly disfunct these days. Probably it's easiest to go back to RT (or use something like github).

Either https://github.com/mogilefs/MogileFS-Server or https://github.com/hachi/MogileFS-Server appears to be the upstream. The latter has the issue tracker enabled.
