Subject: Undeclared configure dependency on File::ShareDir::Install
Can't locate File/ShareDir/Install.pm in @INC (@INC contains: ... stuff ...) at Makefile.PL line 7. This was fixed in 2.00018 but broken again in 2.0100, when File::ShareDir::Install was removed from the configure_requires section of META.yml.

A comment: Geo::GDAL will switch to using Alien::gdal in 2.02 (GDAL 2.2) and the sharedir stuff will be its responsibility then.
