Subject: t/gh6_git_min_ver.t fails on systems with newer git (0.21)
On systems which have a newer git (debian/stretch, Ubuntu 16.04, debian/jessie, freebsd) t/gh6_git_min_ver.t fails. The test suite passes only on systems with an old git (debian/wheezy, CentOS 6).

I had a bug in that test that used the system's current git version to test the git version testing routines. That was a mistake, as was evidenced by the sea of red that cpantesters was the morning after release. v0.22 was release specifically to resolve that bug. Thank you.
