Subject: | We need a new release of 'version' ASAP |
Sorry to do this to you, but I changed vutil.c and vutil.h in blead, just in time for our annual deadline, thinking we could sort out the changes to version later. Well I didn't anticipate that some things would trigger a load to the current version, and those are now broken, and the way to fix this is to release a new 'version'. What is needed is to take the files as they now are in blead. I tried to make them backwards compatible so they would work on all perls, but stand ready to fix any problems that I caused.
I see that I can attach files to this, so I'll attach the two changed files
