You appear to have removed "use Test::t" from your tests, but Test::t is still listed as a dependency in the following files: Makefile Makefile.PL META.yml MYMETA.json MYMETA.yml README (also referenced in t/dat/*yml) Test::t is currently suffering a test failure (for me and on cpan testers) so Test::Legal is failing to install because of a dependency issue with a module it appears to no longer use.
