http://cpanplus.sourceforge.net/ has not been updated in a while. At the very least news.html and download.html should be updated.

You're completely right -- our website has been out of date for a while and the person who used to do it has no time for it anymore.. recently a new volunteer stepped up and hopefully the pages will be updated shortly again. Sorry for the inconvenience.
