Subject: Latest CGI-Info release is not indexed
It seems that there are indexing problems with the latest CGI-Info release (0.66): both MetaCPAN https://metacpan.org/release/CGI-Info and the CPAN.pm shell point to the old version 0.64.

I looked it up what the indexer wrote about the reason: Nothing in this distro has been indexed, because according to META.yml this package does not provide any modules. Here is a link to the line that is the cause for this: https://metacpan.org/source/NHORNE/CGI-Info-0.66/META.yml#L28
