Linux::DVB does not build against new kernels due to the removal of a
handful of definitions in the DVB header files, as reported here:
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=884626
This patch comments out the affected (and unused, per upstream)
definitions to allow a successful build.
