Hello, I have the following config in RT: Set( %MandatoryOnTransition, 'INFO' => { '* -> stalled' => [ 'TimeTaken' ], }, ); This works well for the first update only. After I've always "Time Taken is required when changing Status to stalled". I've to restart the server to update the ticket. RT version 4.4.1 MandatoryOnTransition version 0.13 Regards Alex

Hi Alex, Thanks for sending the version info. This should be fixed in 0.15 which is available on github but not released to CPAN yet: https://github.com/bestpractical/rt-extension-mandatoryontransition We should have a release soon. Jim
