Many files are missing, including META.yml and META.json too: https://metacpan.org/diff/file?target=MINIMAL/Pod-Markdown-Github-0.02/&source=MINIMAL%2FPod-Markdown-Github-0.01 Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Git::ExcludeUntracked is removing all these files, which is very bad. (The author has realized this and deprecated the plugin.)
