In libwww-perl-6.30, some of the modules, including LWP, still have $VERSION set to 6.29. This causes hilarity when attempting to update. (The same thing happened two versions ago. You should automate the version bump.) -zefram

I default to it because of the exclusionary policy of your preferred bug tracker (duly advertised in META.json). Last I saw, Github only accepts bug reports from Github members. -zefram

This is fixed for good in release 6.31.
