Subject: Scan XS files
This plugin seems to end up scanning XS files which results in bogus minimum Perl versions, because Perl::MinimumVersion passes them to PPI, which tries to parse them as Perl and weird results happen.

And now I caught it scanning an HTML file and generating prereqs from that. I think this plugin really needs to be smarter.
