Subject: Tests depend on LWP::Protocol::https
The tests assume that https requests will work with LWP installed, but that is not necessarily the case. LWP::Protocol::https is in a separate distribution, which also needs to be installed. Because it is not declared as a prerequisite, I get the following failure: Could not fetch https://db.tt/9Ge7rmkt : 501 Protocol scheme 'https' is not supported (LWP::Protocol::https not installed) at /Users/sprout/.cpan/build/Email-MIME-CreateHTML-1.041-0/blib/lib/Email/MIME/CreateHTML/Resolver.pm line 70.
