Apache2::Const does not appear to be available on CPAN, or at least it is not in the index, resulting in this message (and test failures) when I test Apache2::HttpEquiv via the CPAN shell: Running test for module 'Apache2::Const' The module Apache2::Const isn't available on CPAN. Either the module has not yet been uploaded to CPAN, or it is temporary unavailable. Please contact the author to find out more about the status. Try 'i Apache2::Const'.
