File::Slurp::Tiny not actually used

File::Slurp::Tiny is in this distribution's prerequisites and used in File::Slurp::Tiny, however the 'read_file' function imported from it is not used in the code. This prerequisite can be removed.

The dependency is in there since the beginning, but never used. Thanks for the warning.
