Subject: Missing prerequisite in Makefile.PL
The module requires XML::Parser but does not list that in its prerequisites in Makefile.PL.

XML::Parser is a prerequisite of XML::Elemental which is listed in the Makefile.PL I probably shouldn't have listed XML::Parser that way. Since it is a compiled module that in my experience has given some troubles, I went out of my way to flag it.
